Cindy is acting for the purchaser of my property. I have found her approach to be extremely aggressive and, in my view, disproportionate to the issue at hand. The matter appears to relate to what I consider a minor administrative issue, and I do not believe there is any genuine loss to the purchaser. Cindy was excellent. A very easy process to have my first will made. She was great at explaining and clarifying throughout the process. And she was just generally a nice person. Would definitely recommend.
