The new staff is very rude and refuse to adress problems when you fill out complaint like they ask you to do and do very slow at repairs took 6 months to get the of bathroom wall repaired and when they cut out a foot peace it was solid black and they didn't even check ceiling they just put dry wall MD over hole said it was fixed that stared in may and our appartment still isn't finished and health department has to many complaints and so dose coad now new people like to change your rent not give a notice and the charges lat... read more
The staff at Campus Heights were a pleasure to work with (especially Kassidy and Ricky), and they made the transition from my Undergraduate program to Graduate school as seamless as possible. I was able to schedule a tour with them immediately, and I loved everything the complex had to offer. I was expecting dorm-style couches, beds, etc., but I was surprised by the quality of the furnishings.
