This is THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE ! I have lived in their apartment complex for 2 years and I can not believe I stayed for so long. The people who work in the leasing office are very very rude and they do not care about any of your issues. The management is even worst believe it or not. I have lived here two years and I'm counting the days till I move. The office is unorganized incompetent and heartless. I was charged over $300 in overages and when I asked questions they called the cops. In the end I only owed $30. The children that work in the office are rude and disrespectful. My rent increased almost $150 in two years. This is the most horrible place ever!!!!! There are lots of drug dealers that live within the neighborhood. The management is horrible. When you ask or go to speak to the manager, she is never available. They have students that don't know what they are doing handling everything. The houses have huge cricket spiders and water bugs. They will try to charge you ridiculous extra fees that they can't explain how they occurred.
If I have a problem, I make an appoinment to speak with someone in management in the office because being a senior in college this year, I know that I'm busy and I'm sure they are as well. The reason that students work in the office is for development beyond their academic training and learning how to address common issues with their peers. There is no need to involve management when I can explain your utility bill to you, as I pay the same bill.
