Great vibes and even better prices if you are from KC like me. Almost feels like a ski resort. The lattes are on the sweeter side. I will be coming back
Firstly, I understand the purpose of this coffee shop is to provide experiential operational experience for CTC students of running a small business, and therefore I do not expect perfection. However, as someone who travels a lot for work and goes to many small local coffee shops in many places, there needs to be an honest review as to how this one stacks up. Very good and hot coffee (my mom loves her coffee very hot). I got the honey bee iced and it was just right! Not super sweet just perfect. The vibes made it feel welcome and homey. Also had the white chocolate raspberry scone.... perfect! Again not super sweet just right
We used this business as an event center function! We'll return to visit the coffee shop soon! I was amazed at the story behind the facility and it's functions! It's owned by the school system, and actually operated by the students as a "Vo-Tech" style "entrepreneur business coffee shop and event center!
