Found drug paraphernalia ,crack pipe and needles. Staff using drugs and have a master key to All rooms. Backround checks are never done despite monies taken for that. As well as it being a slum property, parents sent there children there as it is also a off form campus during the fall. as a parent I would never send my child to campus gate to live in the dorms. please be mindful

This place is god awful. I spent one night there and to see a concert at CMAC and there was a hole in the wall in my room, and she tried to tell me it was the maintenance guy fault that he had just quit, how is it the maintenance guys fault you never checked the room before having me go to it, Dirty water on the floor from someone who tried to quickly clean it. Walked in to find food on the floor from the previous guests, there were no towels, sheets, or pillows provided to us (had to go to Walmart and purchase them myself). Also realized that the TV got 4 channels and the remote didn't work. The bathroom smelled gross and there were questionable stains on the floor. Only upside to this place is it's walking distance to venue
I hated his place isn’t even the rating to get it. It’s an awful property with unprofessional employees and management, the rooms are completely gross, not too mention we recently saw “German roaches” there (cock roaches)!!!!!!! And the fact that I brought it up to management they told me “how do I know you didn’t bring them here” how rude!!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that I even have to rate this place 1 star makes me nauseous. Mark, the property manager, is a rude, slum lord that has no customer service skills, leaves his properties a disgusting mess with many health and safety violations and then refuses to refund security deposits due to his own short comings. His interpersonal skills are lack luster at best and he has no interest in doing what is right for his tenants. I encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere for housing.
