This is a very nice apartment complex in Prince Georges Co. My daughter lived there 7 years and had no problems living there! Maintenance crew was always very polite and provided good work every time they were needed!

Let me first start off by saying I signed a lease for an apartment and they gave my apartment away to someone else and sold me this new apartment where I reside now. From the minute I moved in this apartment had roaches, they'll tell you the exterminator comes every week thats a lie. I put in three maintenance request alone for roaches and I never seen the exterminator again since I first moved in. I saw a mouse today and just be warned these reviews aren't lying, just live somewhere else.
The leasing office is very efficient and kind. Carla was very helpful and got us ready in no time.
