Service desk representative was very accommodating and my appointment was scheduled and I had very little wait time from start to finish.
They replaced the transmission after it was ruined by another shop who had the car for over 2 months trying to repair their fiasco. Campus Ford got the transmission on Wednesday, and it was ready the following Monday.
