Easy to get an appointment for service. Staff was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Service accomplished in a timely manner.
The service department bent over backwards for us. Have a brand new F150 that developed a bad noise after towing. Went away. We were from out of town, they took it in and analyzed it while we waited. I cannot express our gratitude for the effort they made so we would not be stranded
The service person was very unpleasant. Truck still has a problem but I won’t be bringing it back to Campus Ford!
While setting up my initial appointment, I was told once they completed their $200 diagnostic exam, they would be able to fix my car. I let them run this exam and it did find that I needed a solenoid replaced. They would not fix the solenoid issue that showed up on their exam and "suggested" a transmission replacement instead. I declined. Wish I had never trusted the girl who set my initial appointment up. They got paid and I learned a valuable lesson. The one good thing is they were able to get me in quick...
Chris and his team are fantastic!! Brought my car there for inspection and they got me right in. Highly recommend Campus Auto.
