I was a patient of this practice for 23 years and was given a two day notice of their closure. Went to get copies of my records and was only given the last visit and a couple of years prior. Was told via the letter that all records would be available via a third party site. Ordered the records and just received notification over 30 days later that Campus Eye has not sent the records to this third party company. They abruptly closed without even calling to tell me or cancel my appointment. Luckily I had to check something and found out before driving down there
I've seen Dr. Womer for 4 years and was very happy with her and the small Willow Street office. After Campus Eye closes, I would like to find out if she (or another of your doctors) will continue to practice in Willow Street.
Never got to actually see if these are any good as cancelled my appointment a week was due in as going out of business. Notice in other reviews they knew this for some time so why wait so long to inform patients?! Will have to wait more months for an appointment with another provider. Another example of the morally devoid American health care system. Where the customer doesn’t matter. A good thing they are going out of business I’m sure
They know they r going out of business & tested me today for cataracts, glaucoma & then he tells me, Oh by the way we r closing the business. Now, I have to start all over. BEWARE
