Appointment was at 9:45 am. Taken to a room shortly after 10 am. A person (not sure of her status) asked prelim questions and some minor checks about why we were there. By 11:15 no one came in, no one came back to check on us. We had to leave for another appointment. One and a half hours in my opinion is too long to leave us sit with no update as to where the dr is or what may be going on.
