Appointment was at 9:45 am. Taken to a room shortly after 10 am. A person (not sure of her status) asked prelim questions and some minor checks about why we were there. By 11:15 no one came in, no one came back to check on us. We had to leave for another appointment. One and a half hours in my opinion is too long to leave us sit with no update as to where the dr is or what may be going on. the professionalism of the doctor and the nurses the kindness and understanding that the nurse took my she was putting the drops in my eyes and the way she went out to understand that I was anxious about being there everyone was just fantastically nice and I appreciate everything in my eyes doing really well and much better today thank you for everything
