For how close it is to campus with cable and wifi included, it's a very good price. Sometimes you do go over on the utilities but it's not that much.
Management isn't what they talk they self up to be
Expensive ($360+/person) for how cheap they are built. Countless cases of mold, mildew, faulty pipes, etc in most buildings.
Parking is terrible and be sure to pick your own roommates. They'll let anyone move in here.
