Edit: Our vet looked at the invoice and says that you overcharged us. Regardless, your rates are ridiculous in comparison. Especially when it's "come up with the money now or your pet dies" and the fact you did not follow up until several weeks later, long after the danger zone passed and I posted my review. My rabbit started having seizures after his neuter at another clinic so I brought him to this emergency hospital. They took amazing care of him all night. Dr Hannah Rivers explained everything to us amazingly she's clearly very educated. The cost is very high but it's worth it for how well they take care of the animals. After an overnight stay at the hospital my baby is coming home and doing a lot better.
Dr Julia is great, really cares about her patients. I have been twice now, once as an emergency and once as a regular appointment and both times received 5 star care.
I can't say enough about how this hospital has helped my rabbit, Peter. I took him in for diarrhea and found more problems going on with him. Since his visit, they have called me to check up on him to see how he is doing. Thank you to the receptionists who were very kind, caring and helpful, knowing how much stress I was under. Also, thank you to the RVT and the ACA for being so gentle with my baby boy it was his very first visit to the ER.
