To me they are about money. I took my 14 yr old dog in and they did tests and work on her that was nothing but a money grab. It cost me over 3,000 for them to tell me she was sick.. I only took my puppy there cause they were open on Sunday!!!! I took my girl to her normal.doctor the next day and they told me she was terminal.. 3,000 on a dog they knew was past the point.. I had to put her down today..she suffered for 2 days thanks to these ppl that are supposed to care about animals
Exceptional care! I must have called the clinic nearly five times with questions before booking an appointment. Every single time, I was met with patience, kindness, and empathy, despite how incredibly busy they were. I brought my parrotlet, SugarPlum, in over the weekend. Although she’s new to our home, we already love her so much, and I wanted to provide her with the best care I could afford. Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Acudimos a esta clínica por una emergencia porque nuestro gato, apenas podía respirar. Nos dieron una cita para una hora específica. Good experience in a jam. In and out within an hour. Up front about pricing, exams, procedures, treatment options. Worth the trek from either KW or West GTA. U of Guelph has a very good reputation for turning out quality veterinarians, this hospital is no exception
Provided exceptional care, attention and compassion for our raisen dog. Raisens are toxic for dogs. Ours ate 1000. Litterally. They didnt judge us just helped.
