DO NOT RENT HERE! Save your money and sanity, and DO NOT RENT HERE. The apartment itself is very overpriced for what you get: tiny, with thin walls, and a janky lock on the door. The worst of it all is the manager of the property, Kristin. She is very unprofessional, rude, and a horrible communicator. Dealing with her is extremely stressful. This property just wants to milk as much money as they can from college students who just need a place to live. If you want peace and happiness: DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Terrible place to live. The office staff puts all their energy to screwing the residents. They sell parking passes without having enough space, then when using regular unmarked parking spaces they’ll tow or boot your car without warning, claiming it isn’t a parking space. I had to pay $200 because I parked NEXT to the employee spot and they said I was touching the line of their spot. That’s the kind of people these are. Horrible place
