DO NOT RENT HERE! Save your money and sanity, and DO NOT RENT HERE. The apartment itself is very overpriced for what you get: tiny, with thin walls, and a janky lock on the door. The worst of it all is the manager of the property, Kristin. She is very unprofessional, rude, and a horrible communicator. Dealing with her is extremely stressful. This property just wants to milk as much money as they can from college students who just need a place to live. If you want peace and happiness: DO NOT RENT HERE!!
