Decent place, they’re really close to campus which is a plus, 5 minutes from west campus building if you have class there and 10-15 from anywhere else on campus. Got a basketball court, gym, conference room, laundry in the complex but not the unit. In my experience stuff has gotten fixed decently quick. Andrea texted us too to renew before the new year so we could get $300 off of our next contract’s rent
Campus Edge is just fine as far as college housing goes. Closer to campus than Heritage Halls. Respond promptly to needs/requests. No physical keys is nice. Shout out Jocelin, Angel, Drew, and Andrea for doing good work
Considered renewing but I had issues with my mattress. Angel helped me out and got me a new one within the week. Super responsive team
I lived here for 16 months. I'm gonna try to be as fair as I possibly can about this place: PRO'S: • Amenities: 4/5. They have a decent gym, study room, on-site laundry, bball court, but no hot tub or pool. • Location: 4/5. Right next to campus, the stadium, and the BYU gym. • Neighbors: 5/5.
