I needed to find housing for my returning missionary and liked the mountain view and the proximity of Campus Edge to BYU campus. This rating is based on my experience with the office and specifically with Andrea as she was very helpful to answer all my questions and give me a helpful tour of the complex and amenities. Don't come live here. Redstone keeps jacking up rent. I can hardly afford to live in a compact apartment with no dishwashers, lousy washers and dryers, and no AC. The TV buffers and the water pressure is almost nonexistant. All that for $550? 1 star is generous.
I lived here for 16 months. I'm gonna try to be as fair as I possibly can about this place: PRO'S: • Amenities: 4/5. They have a decent gym, study room, on-site laundry, bball court, but no hot tub or pool. • Location: 4/5. Right next to campus, the stadium, and the BYU gym. • Neighbors: 5/5. Decent place, they’re really close to campus which is a plus, 5 minutes from west campus building if you have class there and 10-15 from anywhere else on campus. Got a basketball court, gym, conference room, laundry in the complex but not the unit. In my experience stuff has gotten fixed decently quick. Andrea texted us too to renew before the new year so we could get $300 off of our next contract’s rent
