Contracted rent is $404, actual charged rent is over $560 (without a parking pass) due to utilities and hidden fees not outlined in the lease. They let me know I needed to move into a unit different from the one I had signed for by changing the locks during finals week, then charged me rent for both units the next month. I’ve been married for over a year and still think about how awful campus edge and red stone is. ZERO responses to maintenance issues.
When I first signed at Campus Edge, the base rent was affordable and the office was efficient. But berthing changed, now they never answer our phone calls or emails. Here are some concerning about this place: - $35 A MONTH for a parking pass that has been oversold. If you get home late, there's a chance you won't find anywhere to park. - $25 communication fee, the internet is slow and har a very poor connection. Many not positive things could be said but the worst of them is that the administration just don't care about students who live there. They are now taking cold baths for one month or more with any discount or forecast of when this will be resolved. The winter is coming!
When I first signed at Campus Edge, just two years ago, they advertised an amazing rent of around $390. Come to find out, they tack on ridiculous charges every month. Now, at the point that I'm writing this review my actual monthly rent is around $540. Here's why: - $35 A MONTH for a parking pass that has been oversold.
