I was nervous about my teenage daughter, who is a student at MSU, having her wisdom teeth taken out away from our home, but Dr. Bhide and his assistant Ashley were wonderful. They were caring and encouraging to my daughter when she was nervous, and I was very impressed with the level of care she received. The front desk was also very friendly and made scheduling a breeze.
My experience with this dental office has been incredibly disappointing, particularly regarding the lack of communication, financial transparency, and coordination of my dental care. I made the office aware that I had oral surgery scheduled for October 20th to address my remaining three teeth requiring extraction.
