Jen was absolutely fantastic! This is the best haircut I've ever had, she did such a beautiful job. The salon is lovely and inviting and Jen has such a kind spirit. She took time to discuss my idea for my hair and delivered a simply perfect haircut. We had a wonderful conversation during my service and I truly couldn't be happier with my experience! Awesome employees. Corporate useless can't scan my app. Supposedly it takes 5 weeks to upload a new one. Coffee very good but overpriced. Corporate should be able to hire an IT person. 5 weeks is bologna! Get your act together or lose a loyal large customer to D&D!
