This is a very nice place to live everyone is very friendly and almost everything is included. All you have to pay besides rent is the electric bill, but cable, furniture, water, and sewage are included! I am looking to sign my lease over to someone though Bc I am not attending School near here anymore. I have a one bedroom apartment and if anyone is interested let me know. The rent is 965.00 and its full furnished.
Staff is very helpful, grounds look good, and maintenance is so much better. I love my apartment.
unless you want to be awoken a few days out of the week at 7am by someone loudly trimming bushes with a chainsaw I suggest you find another place to live!!!!!! it's dirty, most of the staff is overworked and therefore the residents suffer, a friend of mine had no ac for 2-3 months and had to have window units installed, they had no dryer for 3 months, another's kitchen flooded twice on the bottom floor!! the staff will walk in unannounced and not leave a note saying they were ever in your apartment, there are power outrages ... read more
