RecommendedThis place has some of the friendliest staff. My favorite part about living here is its proximity to the Eller College of Management. It makes it so easy to just roll out of bed and roll back in right after. There's also this great restaurant right next door called Wok Fire & Grill, I like food so I like that this is half a block away.
Such a fun place to live! The pool area is amazing and incredibly close to campus. I love being able to walk to class everyday or football games. University is also really close which is fun on the weekends!
They are so quick for repairs and host events every month. Love living here. Super friendly staff as well! Move here!!!
BEST PLACE EVER!!! They give you food like s’mores and tacos, and it’s super close to campus, a beautiful pool, and lots of awesome amenities included in the rent. Seriously I’ve lived in a horrible place before but this is the best so far. Definitely signing up again for next year!
I have lived in the apartment for nine months and I feel very comfortable and convenient. The managers here are very good. It is very close to the school and the shopping is very convenient. It is very recommended here.
One of the worst apartment complexes in Tucson. You pay $635 for an absolutely disgusting apartment. Nothing works and nothing gets fixed in a timely matter. My roommate and I got incredibly sick from our dishwasher that smelled like trash and rotten eggs, and they waited until we moved out to replace our dishwasher. Then they even replaced it incorrectly! Our toilets didn't work, our hot water didn't work, nothing worked! Absolutely horrible maintence! My AC hasn't been fixed and my door took 6 months to be fixed and its been a year and a half and they still haven't painted it. We're moving out ASAP.
This place is seriously amazing. I love how they always have events for us to join so that we can meet other people. The people that work there are also very friendly and always make sure to help you with as much as they can. Love it here!
