I want to share this experience so that people who are looking for apartments to rent can be cautious. Campus Crossings at University Heights has been targeting students from U of A to rent. Unfortunately, I find this apartment complex totally ridiculous when they incur charges for the tenants. I have rented a room for my son at this place since his second year of college at U of A.
