Run away this business is all about taking advantage of students. It might seem like you're going to save a lot of money staying in this place but they will figure out a way to suck the money out of you during your stay. They are charging everyone $900+ for move out fees. They are useless when you have any problem with you're roommates (which will happen even if you're staying with people you know). All the five star reviews here are written by people who work there, this place is way under three stars.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Today when we went to pay the rent for our kids there was a $70 late fee that they would not waive regardless of the fact that the 1st was a holiday. Another time our daughter was walked in on getting out of the shower by maintenance for an unscheduled repair. I am disgusted by the way management handles issues and treats tenants. Our children will NOT be signing a lease for next year.
Not even have this place as an option to live. Worse service ever. Not helpful at all.
The office staff is not helpful, every time you have an issue you have to argue with 3 people to get something done. My first apartment had a broken back door and dish washer for the entire time I lived there even though I had put maintenance requests in numerous times. I decided to re-sign in another apartment and give them another chance. I moved into an apartment that was extremely messy with stains on the carpets and walls.
