The staff is always super helpful and the amenities are great!
College Row is an extremely overpriced housing option for students who can't find anywhere else to live. I lived there junior and senior year and the management is a huge pain in the ass to deal with. They replaced my carpet and charged everyone in my apartment their security deposit because of a dime sized stain found under the TV stand. All they want is your money. They will have your car towed for no reason but make you pay $25 to replace your parking sticker or you lose it, not to mention they have extremely limited gues... read more
I'm glad that they do consistent upkeep, such as the current renovations for the laundry room.
Rent is on the high side but considering the flat's utilities and closeness to campus, the price is fairly reasonable for the amenities provided. The staff have been very accommodating and have expressed their availability and openness to comments, concerns, and questions.
Close to gym, convenient store and restaurants.Really clean and safe.
