Lived there for a year. When we moved in the carpet smelled like cat pee in one of the smaller rooms. Not sure if they cleaned the carpets because of other stains upstairs. None of the windows even opened upstairs and one actually had to be replaced completely. They never came back to fix the 3rd. I lived on their property for a year and I thought it was awesome. Best management I've ever had in a rental. Very attentive and always helpful. Awesome place. I recommended to my friends that they live here and now they are too!

This is a small locally-owned property management company with excellent customer service and great pricing. I lived there for two years with some roommates. Response to maintenance requests were always prompt and communication with the landlords was efficient. The landlords made everything very easy, pets were allowed, and move-in and move-out was easy. Highly recommend.
