Horrible management, and all the advertisements are lies. Internet is extremely slow if it works at all, so you're screwed if you have any online classes. The management will not help you and ignores any issues or concerns that you have, still waiting over a year for them to fix a light and other minor things. None of the building are newly renovated, and are all extremely cheaply made. If the entire management staff was fired and qualified people were hired this would be a great place to live.
Very disappointing If you ever need to deal with management (which you most definitely will), good luck. Takes weeks to get things fixed, no matter how important they are. Took them a month to get a working oven and three weeks to get a working hot water heater. This place is so mismanaged I don’t understand how they are still in business. Extremely annoying. Go anywhere else but here.
Embarrassing ownership. During the corona virus pandemic, pieces of paper were sent out to every apartment. There was zero sympathy for students going through the difficult time and made no attempt at trying to assist them financially. Campus creek is the place to live! Very understanding, easy to work with& the office employees are very helpful and nice! Don’t forget to bring them Hershey kisses that will give you extra bonus points 😉 Worth the money! So nice, freshly renovated, comes with appliances, a flat screen in the living room, free printing, free tanning, free exercises room, pet friendly! It really is the place live! So excited to call this place my home until I get my degree 🥰
The management staff is completely unorganized and unprofessional. They’ve been trying to charge me over $600 in rent that I’ve already paid. I go in the office and talk to them on the phone at least once a week and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. Get receipts for every single transaction and get everything in writing in regards to your apartment. Completely untrustworthy management. Go elsewhere.
My son put in an application there, they advised him he had to put down a deposit and get a cosigner. I refuse to cosign for him, so he moved into another apartment. He never lived in this place for one day. Someone else rented the apartment, and they are now trying to sue us for $8000. The place also grows mold, check out the Google reviews. Beware of this apartment complex. They are trying to ruin college kids credit.

I have had no issues whatsoever. All of the staff has been great to work with. They have fixed any issues quickly. I texted about an issue with my toilet one night and it was fixed the morning after. Our cottage is very nice and was super clean when I moved in. The internet has been great. I would absolutely recommend campus creek to anyone looking for off campus housing.
Parents don’t let your kids rent here. Absolutely awful management. Completely renovated my a**. Disgusting bathrooms, still waiting on two rooms to be carpeted and classes start Monday.
