We feel it’s necessary to share our experience with the management at Campus Courtyard to inform others of the ongoing issues we’ve faced, particularly concerning health and safety in our unit. Several weeks ago, we reported a leaking washer in our apartment out of concern that it might lead to mold growth. Awful, don't use anyone with Redstone. Maintenance doesn't exist, no amenities worth the price, forget about parking next to your apartment. They will lie to you about rent going down year by year so if you do have to go to BYUI make sure you shop for cheaper rent. The year before we moved into these they were 600$ for a two bedroom and then they went up to 1100$. They don't have emergency contacts for maintenance or the office. This has been our second experience renting in Rexburg, and unfortunately, this apartment complex has been quite disappointing. While it does offer some nice amenities—such as in-unit washer and dryer and a small gym—the overall condition of the units is poor, and the management seems unwilling to take responsibility for serious issues. First apartment and there’s not much I can complain about! It’s been a perfect little apartment for my wife and I while we go to school
I would not recommend living here. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before, and I’m not writing this based on a one-off experience. I just want people to hear the honest truth about this complex. At first, it seemed like a great place—but only because we didn’t need anything.
