you can see it in all the numerous bad reviews how management can attempt to deflect and not fix the issues. Me and my husband got scammed by this place and I’d suggest strongly to get a lease somewhere else. After we cover all the final payments they have been asking for rent after we left non stop. They also informed us that we are charged over the security deposit we gave them when we left the place better than we found it. Very disappointing to both of us. Please don’t give your money to a place like this.

0 stars if I could. Scammed me and my wife multiple times. When we left the complex we left it in better condition than when we moved in but they charged us nearly 500$ in cleaning fees and I guarantee they didn’t even clean.

This place is downright awful. Choose a place that is cleaner, cheaper and nicer. We have had so many issues with the cleaness of the apartment including mold, dog poop and bugs. We have even had dogs pee on our front door. There are so many spider webs in the stair wells, and management has been horrific. Very sketchy with how the apartment deals with complaints. Moving has been the best thing for us. Keep looking.

I would not recommend living here. The management is frustrating to deal with, and you can get much more for your money elsewhere in Rexburg. Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else.
