It’s awful. The community is nice and the apartments themselves are fine. But the place is a scam. They will take money from you because of something hidden in the lease and all of the tiny fine prints. If you sign on, read everything before you sign. But honestly just don’t sign. They will screw you over again and again. Avoid this place and all Redstone Residential apartments. They are simply evil. And management doesn’t help at all either. Ethan knocked and quickly and happily took care of the problem! He was so friendly and chatted with me while he worked on the washer/dryer and I worked on my hw. He did a fantastic job, and I would 100% have him back if we ever have any more problems. I don’t often give 5 stars, so you know he did an excellent job, and went above and beyond.
management is very difficult. Keep nothing on file. Will run your credit multiple times even if they ran it two months ago. Apartments are nice though and as of now the ward is amazing!
