the office was always closed for “family emergencies” and was often closed without a notice being sent out. if there is always a family emergency, they you shouldn’t be working, or at least have some backups. the a/c’s failed EVERY summer i lived there (3years). it would sometimes take months for a simple maintenance request to be filled. we had waited almost a whole summer to get them fixed the first two summers. then i gave up and spent the last summer in the heat once i had a pipe under the sink leaking pretty bad, i call... read more
Management is a JOKE Save yourselves the trouble
We had a few questions about our move-out charges, but management was responsive and worked with us to reach a fair resolution, refunding $40 and providing photos to clarify the fees. I appreciate their willingness to work with us. That said, I’d still recommend documenting your apartment thoroughly when moving in and out, just to avoid any confusion. Overall, enjoyed our time here!
We lived here 2022, it was alright! This use to be a 5-star review because they bought us crumble for a review. I'd rank it lower, but definitely we got our moneys worth. Our contract was $750 a month, it definitely wasn't cleaned when we moved in, sticky floors and disgusting fridge, management was very slow to respond, but they seemed genuine when we reached them. Edit: The complex, after a few weeks of back and forth, refunded us the cleaning charges. This was after providing photos showing the apartment when we moved in and how we left it upon move-out, and also being insistent on being treated with integrity and honesty. Definitely take pictures when you move in and move out. When we moved into the apartment, there was an overwhelming smell of stinky feet.
