My daughter moved in in July and it has been nothing but wonderful. The minor issues found at move in were fixed as quickly as they could be, staff is very friendly, property is quiet and I thought well maintained and they are making improvements. Tons of activities for residents to participate in and just a pleasant spot for students and young adults. They do allow pets, but so far I think my child's dog is the only one that barks! Just to let you know that they ask you to renew your lease more than 5 months early to your end date which is extremely unreasonable and inconsiderate.
