Campus Court @ Naismith makes a lot of deals.. but BEWARE there are all kinds of hidden costs. They say your utilities are included, but after living there for a year, I can testify that they rarely are. Outrageous late fees and other charges will make your rent go from 449.00 a month to almost 600 dollars!!!! This place is scandalous, shady, and a rip off!!!!
