Campus court is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. I have lived in many places during my college career and I would not recommend this place to anyone. When my roommate and I moved out we were told that we could turn our electric off by the MANAGER might I add and not once but twice now they have charged us vacant service fees of $45 each! Our apartment was infested with bugs, my entire bathroom flooded with sewage from the toilet above because they never came to fix the leak I told them about on my move in day, and... read more

I have never run across a more dishonest group of employees. If you're considering living here. DON'T

THIS WAS TRULY THE WORST APARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, and this is saying a lot because I have moved 11 time in the past 8 years. The level of incompetence from the leasing team was out of this world. Its not that bad, the reason for 3 stars is that I've had some 5 star experiences after I advocated for them but also have had a lot of 1 star experiences-but maybe my scale is different than the people reading this- The location is great especially during football season, the price is good relative to places around the area. The community is chill most of the time and I like the events that the office has every month. I also the amenities like having free cable, wifi, parking, etc..
