Just got off of the phone with this company and man. How are they still in business? I’m not sure who the woman is that is answering phone calls, but she should be ashamed. I legit have second hand embarrassment from the experience I had. I asked three questions relating to leasing and was over talked, hung up on, and ultimately disrespected. For anyone’s sake, parents and children included, please do your research before do any form of business with this organization. That short phone told me everything I needed to know.
Wow, I really wish I did my due diligence before I let my daughter move into one of their apartments. Avoid this company if you value honesty and transparency, we were charged for damages that were clearly pre-existing when she moved in, including broken window shades, and a cracked toilet. These issues were either documented at move-in or never caused by us, but management still tried to bill us without any proof or accountability. Monopolistic housing company who generally could not care about its tenants and will squeeze every last penny you have even if damages have nothing to do with the tenants from the current lease. 100% rent a house from Hagan Realty your life will be so much better Somebody needs to Sue this company again. No clue how they get their prices for charges…60$ for a wall repair makes absolutely no sense
