We have had nothing but a fantastic experience leasing with CCM, and we have re-leased with them for next year as well. They have been responsive to every call and issue, replacing a washing machine with a brand new one within a day even. Jocelyn D’s emails have explained every issue thoroughly so there is nothing left to chance. We have been delighted from start to finish.
You will be paying at least 30% more that you think in weird random fines and fees
Utter slumlords and a joke of a company. Overpriced apartments that look trashed and should be condemned. Refused to fix toilets that doubled our water bill by constantly cycling water and then refused to compensate me for it. Only does anything if you threaten litigation. AVOID these people
