My daughter has lived at Campus Circle for one year and last fall she eagerly renewed her lease for a second year, so I want to share our experience after reading several misleading negative reviews. Many of the complaints seem to come from people who clearly have unrealistic expectations and little understanding of how the real world works. I haven’t moved into Campus Circle yet, but I wanted to highlight how incredibly helpful Brandy has been throughout the lease transfer process. She has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and make everything run smoothly. Her professionalism and attentiveness have made a great first impression.
Great location but customer service once the lease is signed is very poor to nonexistent. Garbage pick up is hit or miss, parking can be a nightmare. If you are taking summer semester hours be aware there are no lease extensions and their response when you ask is we will charge you $150 a day if you do not return the key and we will call the police. Where in the world is that okay to say when someone is asking about and willing to pay for an extension.

Campus Circle has been a very good place to live at my time in Gainesville. All of the staff in the office is super helpful with mail, parking, and other things residents need. The maintenance team is also an amazing group of guys who are always looking to improve the complex inside and out!
