Don't choose this apartment!!! The staff here is disrespectful and very rude. I am a current resident and saw too many ridiculous things in the Campus Circle. When I moved in, there were bed bugs in my room, and they refused to replace the room because the apartment was full. During the last fall semester My bike was stolen in the bicycle room and they said the monitor is not working and they don't want to provide recorded video to the policeman. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL TO RESIDENTS: I am a current resident trying to get my package at 1:30pm, which was delivered at 10am. The staff told that the package was not logged into the system yet so I kindly asked if they could first process mine as I may not have time later in the day. I showed the delivery picture, pointing to an obvious place on the ground. However, the entire staff team refused and kept having food with casual chats. the worst experience and service. the website said they finished work at 18p.m. i came here five minutes in advance due to the snow.they directly refused to let me move in and said they finished work early today .i have to wait until tomorrow.the high price with the worst service
Jordan's great. But I'm never able to understand why the man sitting next to him can even get a job as an apartment manager. Every time I talk to him about something, he's responding as if I owe him money. And I can always feel he's discriminating my accent. I don't understand if it's because he discriminates Asian people or he's born to be an arrogant responder. I was about to renew the lease but decided to move out because of this guy.
