I would give zero stars if I could. As a student at OU, I have visited this Urgent Care a handful of times and have never once left feeling helped or heard. The office staff is rude to patients, and the care providers basically tell you to take some Ibuprofen and wish you "Good Luck." Visiting this Urgent Care will simply disappoint you and waste 2 hours of your time.

Do not waste your time going here. You'd think it can't possibly be that bad, and it's so convenient that it's on campus. It's not worth it. Uber to a different urgent care or get someone to drive you somewhere else. It is that bad. I dislocated my kneecap, and all I needed was an MRI ORDERED to the hospital near Athens so I can make sure the cartilage wasn't damaged/torn.
