I lived in Campus Apartments for 10 months. I was delayed moving in for two weeks because the roof was leaking into my apartment. Other rooms also suffered floods. The building has not been properly maintained, and is in very poor condition. The apartment flooded again over winter break, and they didn't bother to notify me and left my stuff in water.
