Honestly the best apartment I have had since my time attending UW. It is old and outdated, but that keeps the rent low and affordable compared to many other locations in the area. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it could get noisy at times from garbage trucks, construction, seagulls, and neighbors. That will happen in pretty much any apartment though.
