Showed up about an hour earlier than my appointment. They didn't seem to mind and started our walk thru immediately. The guy (cant think of his name) did a great job explaining things. Our walk thru lasted about 45 minutes since I am pretty familiar with travel trailers and our is pretty basic. Our rv had a couple minor things to fix before delivery. Not a big deal things happen. Everything was ready to go about 2 hours before they anticipated.

Customer service and knowledge are an issue.
Funtown....worst place for anyone looking to trade your RV. They treat you like crap. They will rush you and make you walk up and down the long yard without a trolly. They don't care about the person trading but would rather care more for someone who's buying. They give you an offer and when you bring your traded rv in They take your keys and the rv without showing you the documents about the offer. Was in the store for 20 minutes .6 Employees in sight, only 2 people were being helped. I stood in line behind the one Gentleman being helped no one talked to me at all .No one did anything. I went into their supply area.Looking for what I needed, was unable to find it left without anybody saying a word to me, even the cashier who was just standing there. Drove 45 minutes just to leave. Poor experience
