Came here for an oil change and it went normal. I came back when my second oil change was due and they told me the drain plug is on so tight they can't get it off. I told them they were the last people to touch the vehicle and they said they wouldn't do something like that. Went to a different shop and they took care of it. Not coming back here again to have children do my oil change.
Extremely rude. Used to bring all my vehicles here but won't be coming back ever again after today. Take your money somewhere else.
Love this place, fast convenient and courteous.
Quick easy and cost less than the dealership
