We had a kitchen sink problem and their guy came out and took care of our problem and he was friendly and very efficient. The prices were very decent. Thank you for the speed in coming out!
Probably the worst costumer service not friendly what so ever. Tried to call and get an update on my quote and the girl who answered was rude and passive aggressive with every question I had. The good thing is there are many plumbers in this area! Update on your really long reply: I let you know I was not going to be at the property and you could call the handy man that was going to be at the house to let you in. Fantastic! Pat Camp came out and looked over the weird problem we had. He explained the best solution without any upsell. Him and his crew are professional, friendly and efficient. This work I handled for my grandmother, some other estimates were overly complicated and 3x the price which seemed ridiculous. Camps has also done extensive work at my aunts house with exceptional results. Honest people and excellent work. 10/10
The whole crew was GREAT. They made sure we had water the whole time they were redoing our whole pluming .We surprised them with extra stuff we wanted done along the way and it was no problem. Even the problems we had in our life they worked around to make sure everything was going smoothly on every level. They even took care of things i didn't even ask for them to do which was a bonus for us.I can't THANK them enough for everything and his crew . THANK YOU SO MUCH
Never even bothered to call me back. Edit, when I called them for a new issue, I was called back in 5 minutes. I will keep them in mind for more plumbing issues in the future!
