they love to rent to disrespectful young men who streak thru the neighborhoods, play loud music tol all hours, dump their garbage in the common areas, and lastly ... set off bombs in their yards. campos loves these renters ... worst is at 342 west 11th street. dont ever have them manage your rental ... and i pray you never live near their houses.
Horrible experience with this organization and the man who runs it, very unprofessional, and I was only a neighbor to one of their complexes not even renting through them.
So many problems and they didn't like to work with their renters. Don't rent from them!
Now that there is a drought, Campos is threatening to fine each renter who has things like hoses. This was not in my lease agreement. They insist that their lawn needs to be green. But their plants are not drought resistant. And they have not installed water efficient appliances in the house. It creates for a very hostile environment, that I am no longer comfortable with. Do not rent from this company, there are plenty of other options, with great homes, and better landlords.
