I had a memorial to go to and the florist i had originally ordered flowers from emailed me that they couldn't deliver the bouquet I had ordered and needed them for the next day, a Sunday, I went into that little shop and that young lady went out of her way to get me a nice arrangement to take being it was for my father's memorial. She didn't hesitate to even take from other arrangements to accommodate my needs and to top it off I got them for cheaper and bigger than the well known florist i used originally. I ordered flowers for a Birthday to be delivered same day of course, they accepted my order and after waiting an hour they cancelled my order and refund was a 5 day wait. I couldn't buy the flowers and I was out $80 to buy another gift such an inconvenience these people didn't even bother calling me. I will not recommend or even support a business that works sloppy like this. 0 stars they need to work on their customer service.
