I had a memorial to go to and the florist i had originally ordered flowers from emailed me that they couldn't deliver the bouquet I had ordered and needed them for the next day, a Sunday, I went into that little shop and that young lady went out of her way to get me a nice arrangement to take being it was for my father's memorial. She didn't hesitate to even take from other arrangements to accommodate my needs and to top it off I got them for cheaper and bigger than the well known florist i used originally.
