Went to the wine dinner. Spectacular food and wine. We always have a good experience at Campo, both Reno & Sparks.
The food was pretty good aside from my meatballs being slightly too spicy. My only major complaint was the service. When we first got there it didn't take long to get seated, and then our waiter took forever to get back to take my order since I took a little longer to decide what I wanted. My girlfriend actually had to catch someone else to go find our waiter in order for me to get my food ordered. Overall I would recommend you go here for the food, but not for the service.
Ate here for the first time yesterday. The food was pretty good I had the spaghetti and meatballs, very tasty! Meatballs were a tad on the spicy side though so I can do without that. Great location however, I enjoyed how they served water in vases. I wasn't too impressed with the service, they were very slow and our waiter took forever to get back to us, my boyfriend had to wait what seemed like 20 minutes before he could place his order. NEVER AGAIN! would I go eat there or recommend it to anyone we waited over an hour for our food we ask for soda that took the waiter 30 minutes to bring after we ask for it again the food was so over priced it was not even good at all.
Service was exceptional! From the hostess that seated us, to Dalaina (our incredible server), to the bus staff. I have never felt so welcome at a restaurant!
I was really looking forward to finally trying this place I've heard womderful things but ended up very disappointed. Service was friendly but hardly saw our actual waiter and had to ask for the check after being done for 20 minutes. Took 30 minutes to receive our food. We ordered a rare New York steak and the salmon. Ended up with a very well done rib eye and an under cooked salmon.
