I hosted my husband's 50th birthday this summer where we had everyone from age 21 to 61 for a seated dinner in the bar. We were filled with joy and celebration from the moment we started planning. Campo is one of the most attentive, non pretentious but special and fabulous places to be in all of Aspen. I cannot recommend Campo de Fiori Aspen enough! We celebrated my 50th birthday there, and it was truly the most incredible night. Working with Elizabeth and her team was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff the night of the party were phenomenal — fun, attentive, and on top of every detail. Campo has been an Aspen favorite for thirty years for good reason. The food is always exquisite and the setting amongst the flower baskets on the patio in the summer is nothing short of Magical! In Wintertime the restaurant is cozy welcoming and warm. Every season the menu highlights local ingredients and recipes, and it is an absolute joy to spend time at Campo with good food, good friends and great wine! Campo should NOT be missed.
Always the best time at Campo. We make a point to come every time we’re in town. The food and service are always the best Top class every time; never disappoints.
