Nicest staff!! The receptionist during your procedure is the most welcoming and kind person. You are in great hands here.
Not only did they let me schedule without any accomodations for my anxiety but they literally LIED to me about the preparation for my endoscopy multiple times causing me to come unprepared and be turned away. As someone with such severe anxiety I directly asked multiple times if there is anything else I had to do to prepare and I was told directly there was nothing else I had to do just don't eat the night before and show up. My 1 star review is for the very rude and nasty receptionist. The first time I called with a some questions about meds, the receptionist kept sighing and and answered very shortly. At the end of the conversation she asked me if our insurance will cover the meds I replied back "Well it did for my daughter, but that was a few years ago, it could have changed."
