We purchased our travel trailer back in October. We worked with Fred and he was fantastic. We were given a great value on. our trade in. The buying process is as usual, but we were never pressured on any aspect throughout our time there. Fred was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend.
I regret ever walking into this place , Blake Musselman will not tell the truth , so buy your camper somewhere else , just have to get lawyer
amping World OKC (13111 Broadway Extension Highway, Oklahoma City, OK 73114) has ripped me off for the last time. They charged me for new faucets for the kitchen sink and bathroom/shower that was not replaced along with labor for the parts that we did not ask them to replace. They winterized my water heater without telling me that they had done so and when we picked up the RV and went directly to the RV Park to get it set up the water heater did not work. first week in September i bought a 2024 forest river wildwood RV from these people sales was great, and thats all that was great. withinn 48 hours I had a pipe leak that came up through the kitchens floor, cut the water off tried to call Camping World only to be put on hold until they hung up on me which was now after hours 36 minutes on hold. We were looking for a camper but had no clue what we wanted . Lauren took the time to show me all in our price range. She had all the the answers to my questions. Found the one we wanted but had no truck at the time. She took the time to deliver and set it up . If you are needing help with a camper , Lauren is your salesperson
They have been servicing my RV's for 4 years now. First one was a class C, second one is a travel trailer. Zero complaints. I didn't even buy the RV's from them. They've saved me money on several occasions, where I think something needs to be replaced and I purchase it, they called me to tell me they can fix it, no need to replace, and saved me money that way. I schedule my appointments ahead of time, no issues, never late, always on time or done early. I use the Grain Valley location.
