I inquired about an RV at CW-Raleigh a week and a half ago. We were looking for our first RV. I spoke to Cindy who had Matt contact me to help. They both shared their knowledge with me on purchase, financing & tips. They went above and beyond to try to find us the right RV to meet our wants. Even though we made a purchase else where, I would never hesitate to contact them in the future.

This place is a joke. Service is a joke. Thor is a joke. They sold us a van and didn't allow proper inspection. Went to sign papers and VIN was wrong, we caught it. Took on a trip and realized we had no generator. MSRP was wrong. They had no idea that Thor had changed the generator system and kept telling us we were wrong. We NEVER received one call from Campingworld or Thor in the entire week we were gone. We had to pay for a hotel because no power to our van and we were in Michigan. I purchased a new 2022 RV from Camping World on Garner, NC. Sal Saccoccio was my salesperson. He took a lot of time finding the unit I wanted. I am very happy with my new camper, and I really appreciate how hard Sal worked for me. When I am ready for another new unit, he will be the first person I contact.

Continuation from earlier. So it seems like after paying over $800 and not having the use of my RV for a month and a half they replaced a piece of wire from the shop and ordered a mirror control switch. I was told that even though Camping World sold me this unit new that I should not expect to be able to watch cable TV at any campsite. Unhappy customer with Camping World Raleigh, NC service on my Itasca. • February 3 2021 I took in the unit for several repairs to be covered under the Good Sam extended warranty the list is below. After about a month and a half and many problems that seem to be systemic Camping World communications and parts ordering procedures the unit was finished. Do not leave your RV with them. Your RV will likely be vandalized. They will not cover any vandalization of your RV including chassis and engine/exhaust systems. This is from personal experience and their admittance to not having proper security to prevent such vandalization.

No Stars ! Their Service Dept in Garner NC Is Bad ! Poor communication . They Worked on Roof and Slide Tops , very crappy job , left screws and a tool on top of slide . Looks like they Duct taped it which is now peeling off. Charged way too much , for the so called repair. Minus Stars for them! 👎

I wish there was a way to give a negative 5-star rating to this store! If you want to be lied too and have your RV messed up bring it here. Between Good Sam and Camping World they have no clue how to maintain or repair RVs and then try and lie their way out of the screw-ups. Take your RV anywhere put here and save your self a messed up job. And as for their CEO standing by his 100% guarantee that is a lie also!
