Bought a 2021 Keystone Outback. The guy that gave me the orientation was good as was the guy that delivered our camper. After the camper was delivered, we opened the slides and the floor was filthy. Leaves and pine straw were everywhere. There were a lot of small finishing nails also. Several items were not fixed that they said they would fix. I gave 2 stars. 1 for the orientation and 1 for delivery.

In April of last year, we made a significant investment in a brand new Jayco travel trailer from Camping World, and regrettably, it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. Despite being under warranty, our unit has spent over 9 months in service, which amounts to 9 out of the 14 months we've owned it. It's incredibly frustrating to have had to deal with Camping World's sheer incompetence for such a long time. I will never use Camping World in Oakwood again. Our camper was there for 4 months and I was told they couldnt get parts. I finally decided to give up and pick it up to us it and was given an invoice that included the parts they couldnt get. As we were driving out there was a crack in our windshield that was not there when we dropped it off. They take pictures when you drop it off so it celarly shows there was no crack. Being a new camper you make mistakes, I had a incident that needed some repairs. I would like to give a big Thank you to Leah in the service department, she was most knowledgeable, and courteous. She always kept me updated on how my repairs were going and she pushed through the repairs as I had a trip planed. Just bought a used RV. It's great, unlike the service I received after the purchase. The items that were to be fixed, weren't, even after they took it to the shop to fix them. I was kept waiting long enough that I didn't even want to check, I'll just fix them myself. They had to be reminded several times to fill the propane tank like they had promised.
