We purchased our Windsport 34b back in 2018. Very huge mistake. its been broken most of the time.After paying 676.0 dollars they only told me what they thought was wrong with it. Many recalls on it were not fixed before we purchased it. We gave to much money for this unit . overall bad experience 5 years ago.

Took my 2021 Durango Gold to Monticello location for a simple warranty fix. They had it for three months and managed to cause 10’s of thousands of dollars in damage by backing it into other campers.The back 3/4’s of the door side, slides, doors, walls, windows, and roof all needed extensive repairs and/or replacement . They also charged the manufacturer for around 6k in repairs and accessories that were never fixed and I’m still not sure why they billed for accessories. Pre sales, before taking my money, 4 stars, after, well all I can say is I made my first payment but still don't have the RV, bought in mid December and its mid January, no RV.....

If we could give them a negative rating we would! Purchased a Brand New RV and the amount of issues, was at least 2 pages long at a cost of over $30,000. Before using it we schedule an appointment to address the items we were told were warrantied and were not able to get in for three weeks. After dropping it back off it was over a week and still nothing had been done. Their tune then changed to this is what you get and we can't do anything. We ordered a palomino solaire from this camping world through our salesman Apples in March. First, he told us it would be a few months before it would be ready. Then he talked to his manager and all of the sudden they had one on order that was supposed to be going to the line in 6 days. We thought, awesome and the great news was, we could modify it how we wanted. He even called his forest river rep to confirm(unless he was lying about that too).
