They have been servicing my RV's for 4 years now. First one was a class C, second one is a travel trailer. Zero complaints. I didn't even buy the RV's from them. They've saved me money on several occasions, where I think something needs to be replaced and I purchase it, they called me to tell me they can fix it, no need to replace, and saved me money that way. I schedule my appointments ahead of time, no issues, never late, always on time or done early. I use the Grain Valley location.

Took our TT in for service (we had not purchased it here) but we had missed a couple things on delivery. After hearing horror stories about Camping World and Forest River dragging things out, we were shocked. The people were all awesome, service was very prompt and the work was exceptional!
