Made a appointment a week ahead of time April 5th 2025 we got their on time drove 4 hours to the location. Walked in to check in two guys in the main area was laughing to the sales guy we got that the hole floor was soft. I over heard them but played it off sales guy said it was a different keystone carbon, no that's the only one here. Walked inside it floor was standing in water and smelled like mold.
