I appreciate that the team has let me use the dump station right until closing time on a Saturday evening 7 PM. They were very patient and explained me how to use their equipment. Very friendly store with great service. Will come back!
Called and arranged to see a specific model. They instructed us to go to a different lot 3 minutes north. We arrive and they say there is a similar one here we should see. It’s not even close – shorter, 2 less slide outs, only 1 bathroom. After wasting our time on this unit, we're asked to go in and sit down. While the staff who showed us around was nice, they sold us a camper that’s water heater was completely plugged and caused flames to shoot out of the side, they also sold us a warranty through good sam and good same refused to pay for the fixing of the water heater and ac. The service department was not helpful in this issue and were booked weeks out and didn’t seem sorry this happened.
