I had a very good experience with Camping World of Harrisburg, PA. In particular, Kevin Wormser from Sales was excellent to work with. He was patient and knowledgeable. He followed up with many emails and text messages. I would highly recommend both this RV Dealership as well as Kevin.

I would give Camping World of Harrisburg Pa a 0 star review, we bought a fifth wheel camper and had it shipped to Texas.  First they didn’t clean it like they said, also was supposed to have a sealer put on it to give it a 3-5 year warranty that wasn’t done I have called numerous times and no reply, they were nice as pie when we were up there signing papers but after that it was screw us haven’t heard from them in 3 weeks what a disgrace to the camping community horrible folks there I wouldn’t give them another penny ever.

As a first time camper buyer, I found that my experience at Camping World to be very good. Specifically, I can say that Kevin Wormser helped my wife and I through the entire process. Mr. Wormser was not high-pressure and actually helped us to find an option that saved my family and I a few thousand dollars. This is the worst company I’ve ever seen bought a 2021 5th wheel purchased the paint and interior protection plan payed $2995 was not done camper was never cleaned when I asked about it they told me that it was applied I told them that the outside was not washed the said the product was applied the inside was in the same condition as it was when we purchased it dirty they said the applied the product I said it was never cleaned they said they sprayed it over the dust and dirt did not want to fix the problem contacted corpor... read more

I went to camp world in Harrisburg pa the sales person took me to the lot he showed me a used RV he told me it was new but it was returned to the store so basically it was used .I went and told the manager he corrected this by giving me a 2022 at a good price I wanted to buy a rv that was on sale thru your adds but was told that I would have to go to North Carolina from pa.to get that deal that's bait and switch that's a crime .after I signed the paper work I went to the warranty dept we went over everything I told him I did... read more

The sales person Scott was very nice to me you have any issues you have any questions please call me and I will get back to you. Setting up my new trailer guy comes over to help me, ask where my levelers are, to level out the the trailer. I believe I called him last Friday today is Wednesday of the following week. Asked about the manual because they showed it to me in the refrigerator, when I got it parked it wasn’t there. Ask him about that still he has yet to give me a call. I highly recommend Camping World in Harrisburg PA. Kevin Wormser was our sales rep and he did a phenomenal job. He asked what we were looking for in an RV. He never pressured us, he found exactly what we were looking for. We have the camper of our dreams. We will continue to go to the Harrisburg location. Thanks again!
