My experience with Camping World of Denton was some of the most horrible and disrespectful customer service I've ever had for anything, ever. Actually, that's an understatement... I was literally robbed by this place. Or, at best, they allowed it to happen. I sent my previously perfectly functional RV to them for some light body work earlier this year covered by my insurance (it just needed a few storage door panels replaced, all cheap fiberglass, nothing serious). Our camper has been in for warranty work for almost 6 months. We have written multiple emails to multiple people and made dozens of phone calls. There is still no progress. Somehow, while in Camping World’s possession, our unit got a flat tire. It appears that they moved the unit with the flat because the tire is now detached from the wheel. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T TAKE YOUR CAMPER HERE FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS. We went yesterday after 15 weeks to pick up camper from warranty repairs only to find that they only did 25% of the repairs. They didn't even write them all up for warranty after we spent over 2 hours in the middle of July in over 100 degree temps to write it up for them. There is no customer service and quality of respect for their business. Even the General Manager, Jeff Morris, will feed you a line of SH** to get rid of you. They are now on their 4th... read more
