I sold my RV there recently and I could not be more satisfied with their consignment service and with the excellent job Brynn did for me. She always answered my emails and explain everything form pint A to point B. The whole process was seamless! Thank you, Camping World!!
Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with, Bought brand new camper in May,2021 and have made payments every month but it has been at the dealership since our first trip, almost 6 months now. There are wayyy too many items to list that went wrong from May until now. I’ll sum it up with their shotty work, lack of knowledge and 0 customer service. Jimmy Z : excellent experience buying our new Keystone at Camping World Concord,NC .December 2021. Salesman, Stephen Paulin, certainly made the experience; informative and relaxing. This was, now is, our first rv. Stephen look the time to ask us; what vehicle we were going to pull it with, was it just for the two of us, what key amenities were important, and more as Stephen took us out on the lot and showed us several different models of rv's that may fit into our goals. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We worked with Jade as the salesperson. We weren't allowed to view any travel trailers until we went through a lengthy, scripted sales process. Once we finally did get to view the travel trailers and chose one (2 hours into the process) we went over some rough estimates. We were bombarded with a bunch of tacked on fees and run around on what they cover, the length of the term, the rate they were using, etc...
